Creative and Logical As Natural As Breathing
You must have the prowess to think visually, to picture a project from beginning to end. You shall have the interest  to become a highly creative, original and intuitive and at the same time think critically.
Updated as Technology Continuously Evolves
Because layouts now are commonly designed on computer, you must be a highly technical designer who has the ability to learn fast and adapt with technological advancement. You must utilize advanced technology to create visual and multimedia presentations.
Power to Create a Work of Art
You must be able to construct a message by creating images, symbols, graphs, charts and other audiovisual materials. Powers to take an idea or concept and communicate that idea in a unique way that convey it’s message, that informs and likely entertain. But this role must have a clear understanding of color, line, composition and design because graphic designers are artist that creates art. You must be knowleageable in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Applications.
Knows Time Management and Must be Flexible
You must expect to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and have the ability to handle the pressure of having strict deadlines to meet.
Excellent Communication Skills
The gift of outstanding customer or client relations skills is also very important. You must have the competencies to listen and understand what the client needs in a design project especially when you are working with our very lovable clients. You must make sure you interpret their needs and expectations according to what is on their mind.
Interpersonal Relations skills are as important of having outstanding communication skills. You must have the ability to communicate visually, verbally and writing. The mechanics of oral and written communication is as important as color, line and composition so you must be a skilled listener to understand the expectations and needs of the client.
