IT Business Application Analyst HC CONSUMER FINANCE PHILIPPINES, INC.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility to deliver required features of IT systems on time and in good quality
Responsibility for requirements specification completeness
Responsibility for planning of releases and its content
Responsibility for coordination of user acceptance tests
Translations of business requirements into technical documents that can serve as guides for the software developers
Assuring that the locally developed solutions meet the desired business objectives
  Objective:
Provide consultation to business departments about current features of the IT systems
Cooperate with business process team to prepare business requirements
Analyze business requirements from IT point of view
Create Requirement specification according to business specification
Approve Solution design documents
Cooperate in release plan preparing
Manage user acceptance test process
Provide technical guidance to the local software development team
  Qualification:
Fluent English language (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of processes in financial companies
Knowledge of analytical methods for software development
Knowledge of software development processes
Working knowledge of SQL (additional programming languages are considered a plus)
Nice to have: experience with system engineering and web programming
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
